In a world where magical panties give you mad gamer skillz when people can see them, wouldn't it be best to plump up your butt to the point that no skirt can cover them? It's just common sense. The strong upper body strength comes in handy too.

About the only thing I knew about Arcade Gamer Fubuki prior to drawing this is that it's where the scene with the dinosaur playing an arcade comes from. So yeah, it's definitely one of those tried and true, "it's an anime, nothing has to make sense" kind of shows, which I can totally dig.
