you can view this stage as very early pregnancy or post pregnancy, either way would work I'd think (Or if you really wanted, you could just see this as chubby Yoko for you guys that don't care for pregnancy stuff...)

This is probably what many would consider your average full term pregnancy belly.

and of course the final HUGE stage, which there's no way there isn't multiple babies in that womb of hers!
