Have you ever taken a look at the manga of Eiken? Who would have guessed the OVA's decision to go with generic 00s anime aesthetic would actually be a huge improvement? Anyways, this is actually my second attempt at this sketch, as the first I wasn't really feeling it when I finished.

I was originally going to go with what I have in the second sketch, but wasn't really sure a shrine maiden was "Halloween" enough for this, so I went with a Witch instead. Though with a hat on, I didn't really feel it looked like Kirika. So I decided to just say fuck it and go with my initial idea. Anyways, that's one sketch done for this month!
