Outside of just finding pregnant girls attractive, I find pregnancy as a whole incredibly fascinating. Like how just a pair of cells join together and in less than a years time grow to become a baby. And how pregnancy also triggers changes in the mother as well, with their breasts gearing up to get ready to produce sustenance for the baby as they first enter the world outside of the womb, and the more subtle changes like their rib cages widening out at the bottom a bit to better accommodate room for the growing fetus (plus all those other organs humans tend to have). ...I suppose you're not really here to read about how I find pregnancy fascinating... Right, poll time! Pregnancy is the theme, if you had any doubt...
