WCSP Week #2, August 2019 Winner: Dawn/Hikari (Patreon)

Our second winner this month is the main girl from the Sinnoh, Hikari (or Dawn, which ever you prefer...) Nothing quite like enjoying a nice warm evening eating some shaved ice! Even Turtwig seems to be enjoying itself!
I hope you guys don't mind some wholesome art on here from time to time (ignore the fact her plump ass is clearly visible through her yukata). I debated in my head on whether or not I should have her where her hat or not, but figured it's too ingrained into her design to not have it!
