My love for Polin started with the books, but definitely expanded with the TV seasons. Having them show that Colin saw her so much sooner than in the books. They did change her Whistledown story a lot. There's no Queen in the books, so she didn't have her to go up against and she did basically just write gossip and never really in a mean way, nor did she bash on any of the Bridgeton's. But they really did her Justice in the show to own up for that and I'm so glad both enjoyed it and like this couple ❤️ Lady Danbury originally offered 1000 pounds for Whistledown identity and Cressida needing the money came forward as her. Colin find out about pen before the carriage scene and proposing to her. And Cressida does try to blackmail her once she does figure it out....Sorry., just a little back story lol

Eventhough there was stuff about this season I didn't like. It was still my favorite season. I've been a POLIN stan since season 1 (and also since I've read the books) I like that they didn't have Colin forgive Pen straight away. A healthy relationship doesn't work like that anyway. I'm of that believe that you can't truly love a person fully until you have been trough some hurt with that person. I'm glad Pen owned up to her mistakes. It takes alot of courage to do it in front of 100s of people. But she needed that growth, and I'm glad Colin let her do it by herself (she needed to)

francesca being so stunned by michaela stirling's beauty that she forgets her own name is the most relatable thing i've seen in three seasons of bridgerton (and maybe it's my queer self projecting, but eloise looked a bit stunned too!) i can't wait to see where they go with francesca and benedict in (possible) future seasons.
