I don't think we hate her. We just see her flaws for what they are. She's certainly a redeemable character but she has to first own up to what she's done.

Loved your reaction as usual. I binged the episodes already lol, hopefully in the remaining episodes you two are more on board with Penelope lol. Maybe her actions will be more redeemable to you then? PS I’m not a fan of Cressida, which I know a lot are. She’s an interesting character and I understand she has a horrible family, but she gives mean girl energy and has treated people poorly before her father arranged her marriage, and will probably continue to treat people poorly. It’s no excuse to be mean. Of course Penelope can be looked at poorly as well, some may even think she’s worst that Cressida (I don’t lol) for gossiping about people as LW, but at least she writes only the truth, and is nice to everyone, despite being treated poorly by her family, and overlooked by everyone else in society. Penelope is only 19, though her age does not excuse her gossiping, it makes sense. Heck at 19 I probably would be gossiping all over the place lol. Excited to see your reactions to the remaining episodes, and what you think of S3. I know some did not like this season because it was not as hot/steamy/romantic as S2, but I just don’t think C & P needs all of that, they’re more slow burn friends to lovers. Sometimes you need a more chill romance lol. For me my rating is S2 slightly above S3, then S1 last. I have not watched Queen Charlotte yet, I wonder if we’d ever get a Lady Danbury spin off, I’d like that, she’s one of my favs. Would be happy with a Violet & Edmund spin off as well. You're back! I enjoyed your reaction as always and I agreed with most of what you two said but I did find it strange that you two were annoyed to see Kate and Anthony at first. The show is called Bridgerton. Kate and Anthony are Viscount and Viscountess the literal heads of the Bridgerton family. You will see them throughout the series. It would be strange if we didn't. If Penelope and Colin are serving what they need to no one can steal their spotlight as you said not even Kate and Anthony. There is room for everyone.🤣 Anyway, I can't wait until the next reaction.

Very true, their last name affords them the right to pop back on the scene. I guess we're just so invested in this newer branch of the Bridgerton legacy that anything that steers away from it can seem distracting. We feel the same way about Will and his family. Their story seems important on the surface, but at the end of the day does anyone remember them. Not really, and sadly it's because they don't connect to the main storyline. I feel that way about Kate and Anthony this season.
