I'm glad other characters besides Kate has finally been added to the trifling list. As for Kate and Anthony, I love them together and they deserve to have a life filled with love, happiness and not always being burdened with all the heavy responsibilities. I can't wait your final reaction to the season.

I don’t think anybody is saying Kate did the right thing. It’s the fact that y’all have mostly had vitriol for Kate when literally all 3 people in this triangle and their parents messed up (Kate lied to herself about her feelings, Anthony lied himself about his feelings, and Edwina was blissfully ignorant even after being told the truth about the viscount by the other two). Plus Kate did nothing maliciously but you keep insisting she did. I felt bad for Edwina but she lowkey pissed me off this episode. Girl THEY WARNED YOU! The only reason we’re in this situation is cause you kept pushing for that man despite warnings and your sister kept enabling you. “I’m kinder hearted than you” 🙄. Kate should’ve been real about her feelings but if my sister is happy w someone I’m in interested in imma let her have them. Idk everyone has their opinions I guess. The ending with the horse accident thing felt like a cop-out to force sister reconciliation. What Pen did was so slimey! A true friend would’ve either told me the truth so we could figure out a plan or come out as the writer rather than ruin me.

It's ok to not like a character. There's no measure of acceptability regarding who moves you in a story. You like or dislike whomever you choose regardless of what public or popular opinion may think. It's also ok to let the story change your opinion as you watch. I happen to enjoy watching character grow and develop and point out the things that make them interesting, good or bad.
