Great reaction to a great movie! I enjoyed how observant you were all the way through -- for instance, surprisingly few reactors notice that Don Johnson has a black eye in the very last scene, so we know his wife has slugged him. One cast member you might not know: the lawyer was Frank Oz, the voice and essence of Miss Piggy and Yoda. Yes, Daniel Craig! In a cast of stars, he still stands out. Even if you haven't seen his other movies, I'm sure you're aware he's British, so Benoit Blanc was quite a departure for him. I've never seen any other actor assume an accent that was so hilarious and so mesmerizing at the same time. I kept wanting more of him, and it looks like we'll get our wish: there's to be another Benoit Blanc movie, a new case with an otherwise new cast.

It gets better the more you watch it bc you catch little things you didn’t before, like conversations in the background. They either just finished or in the middle of filming Knives Out 2 and already greenlit on a 3rd movie!

One of the rare original ideas for a great film turns into a cash grab series. Sad.

I'll wait to see how the sequels turn out first. Was it sad when Agatha Christie wrote more than one Poirot book?

You're right about the big portrait of Harlan. It's just slightly different every time we see it, and at the end, he's smiling. They took a lot of trouble over the details in this one.

That's my thought too - I'd love to see Benoit Blanc in another mystery scenario. One of my favorite part of whodunnits/murder mysteries on TV and in books is our favorite detectives solving new cases. I don't necessarily expect the volume of something like Columbo but it'll be interesting to see what they do in the next movie.

One of my favorite reactions from you! I personally would love for you to react to the Daniel Craig 007 films, and I think they would do well on the channel.
