Is it just me or am I the only one who doesn’t see the bloopers posted?

You've kinda alluded to noticing this, but the reason the show feels *slightly* different this season is because The Office's showrunner changed between seasons 8 and 9. Season 8's showrunner (also seasons 5-7) was Paul Lieberstein. He stepped down at the end of S8 because Greg Daniels decided to return full-time for the final season. Daniels is the creator of the U.S. Office and was the showrunner for seasons 1-4. He also wrote a lot of "big" episodes in S5-onward (Niagara P1&2, Goodbye Michael). The transition is a tiny bit awkward these first few episodes (the Andy/Nellie reversal, Andy suddenly becoming S3-4 Andy again), but the season settles into a nice groove really soon.
