The milksteak origin - I believe it was Glenn Howerton who told the story of how that came to be. They were in the writer's room and coming up with the favorite foods to use for the profile. Someone said "milkshake", but Glenn thought he said "milksteak" and started laughing. They loved it and put it in the script.

I like how Charlie tries to be himself, even if his personality won't attract most women. Wants a photo that realistically reflects himself, wants to tell people his real job, wants to express his real interests. He wouldn't have gotten a second date with the lawyer anyway, but the parts that messed it up the most were following Dennis and Mac's suggestions/lies.
