I only watched the first 2 seasons of survivor, I liked them, though. It's crazy to me to think it didn't hit it's peak until like 15 seasons in. I didn't even friggin realize it still existed 15 seasons in. Does it still exist now??? That's nuts. All I know is it was (hard to believe) 20 years ago and I was 12, and I watched survivor from the first episode and liked it, and my fellow junior high students, my dad, and various other people were all talking about it and it was visible on tv. Season 2 was big, too. Season 3 and 4 from my perspective were an interest losing phase and hype died down, and I lost interest and only watched bits and pieces (I think I remember Boston Rob from one of those seasons, and maybe the Canadian army guy who allegedly stole beef jerky and was first to be voted off, unless that was season 1 or 2), anyway, after I stopped watching, I never even heard of it again or realized it even still existed. Trippy. I remember Jerri who I didn't like. Colby and Richard who I liked very much. Tina was cool. That's all I remember for cast. I remember while I liked season 2, I found it took a step away from the whole title of the show, and shifted to be more reality tv-oriented and less survival oriented. I realize that it was a reality tv show by definition and from the start. But it's a survival themed show, and they made it more accommodating in season 2. If I recall from my brief snippets of season 3, they even took that another step further. That turned me off.
