Eyy, glad you enjoyed it as much as you did! The best thing I can say for this show now is that the beginning few episodes are easily the weakest - the reason the show got cancelled seems to be that it's so interwoven and dense that it repels newcomers, but is incredibly rewarding for long-time viewers.

You need to watch the "next time on Arrested Development" it's their clever way of presenting the end credit scenes.

This is one of the most incredibly written shows ever (the first 3 seasons anyway). I've watched the series several times and there's still hidden jokes and easter eggs I haven't discovered yet.

Lucille (the bat, not the wife) makes an appearance on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. So does Tyrese (who is always great), Dawn (the cop from Atlanta), and a couple other characters.

Schitt's Creek is basically just an homage to Arrested Development anyways, if you like one you're bound to at least sort of like the other
