I was so curious about what that potion does and now my imagination is having a little fun. After all, a Goldenfield must have no imperfections~ Potion of Flawless Healing Potion; Rare (2500 GP) This very painful but effective alternative to standard potions swirls with a deeper blood-red color. Incredibly difficult to brew, but heals wounds without even a hint of scarring upon the user. You regain 6d4+8 hit points when you drink this potion. Though I'm wondering if it has something to do with the hourglass as well. Like the hourglass records the damage taken by the one who flipped it, and that person has that amount of time to drink some of the accompanying potion and that damage is then reversed...while also feeling it again as it leaves their body. Another neat item concept if it doesn't already exist.

YEEEEEES you have it SPOT ON!! I am always so surprised with how well you get these characters and the world. You can't have a flawless complexion without paying a price, gotta keep the drama rolling LOL. I will say it is so much fun to think of cool new potions and magic items for their world.
