Videl Finished (Tier 3 Early access / Public release) (Patreon)

Videl is finally done. I think I'll move on to Kefla now, since she shouldn't be too frustrating to work on compared to 21. Who knows, she might have other challenges.

I know i said I'd finish 21, but I'm thinking of rebuilding parts of her, since there's a couple of things that need work.

May also consider making a Zeta mod, and reusing her parts for 21 if they're compatible.
I'm not sure yet.

Sorry to those hoping for a completed 21 soon, don't worry, she'll look better overall.
I could also use Kefla's crotch for 21, as it's far more refined and detailed. Or go with Zeta/Metera.

Let me know your thoughts I guess. But I'm excited to work on Kefla.
