They gave all for ones original quick the one to take quicks from people. Meaning that right now all for one has a copy of his quick right now, and right now what was happening in the tank was shigaraki getting "all for one" We also know that all for one needs to be touching the person in order to take someone's quirk, because if if he could just take the quirk from someone across the room then he could've taken anyone's quirk at any time. That's also why the doctor didn't want to leave this lab behind its full of quirks he got from over the years. The reason why they showed that computer was for the electricity , showing us that that's what sent the electric shock into the water it wasn't the machine doing that; but just a shock from the machine being on. Also the doctor is the one who first theorize the quick singlelarity, where quicks are becoming too powerful for the user to use. Deku is the 7th user

All for One can’t duplicate quirks, that was done by the doctor. All for Ones quirk is that he can take and give quirks at will, and that’s what he gave Shigaraki. It’s a contact based ability though, so he’d have to touch all the heroes to take their quirk. The yellow guys name is Fat Gum. I also liked how they did that whole scene in Shigarakis head, especially with having part of All for Ones face hidden since he only got 75% of All for One. Great reaction as always.
