Well it's only 12 episodes and I personally think it's one of the good ones. Probably doesn't seem as fresh or original to people who've seen one of the knockoffs that came later first.

Absolutely watch it, it’s a mandatory experience (I just rewatched it like 2 days ago). From the animation to the voice acting to the music, it’s one of the most amazing art pieces I’ve ever seen in my life!
