Did you like our little prank in the comments?

Reigen Arataka is what you get when a character puts all his points into Charisma and Luck. The best part of this entire episode is the fact that you LITERALLY predicted this happening a few episodes ago!! Awesome job!

This episode was the beginning of Reigen rising to the top as the fav character of the series :)

I highly suspected that last episode's ending was a "click bait". You almost got me convinced with the last reaction but as soon as I saw Reigen with the kid in front of the complex I knew he wasn't the boss. I'm glad you talk about clone war, I haven't watched it but it's a recurring theme. Being too much of a pacifist and letting people with evil intentions walk all over you have great consequences. Yes you might not kill the few enemies in front of you but because of that, thousand may die. Reigan, has a point tho, In another show, which with my bad memory I can’t recall what it was. Some strong characters did not want to kill because after the 1st one the 2nd one is easier since you already did it once, then killing becomes a tool and you’re a killer, so the character didn’t want to go down that path. It makes a great story that Reigan stopped Mob, it was murderous intent. However, there's a whole range of things you can do before killing like disable them. But if you just disable and flee, they're gonna come after you. Then what. I don’t know how they going to be stopped, I haven’t watch next episode yet so I look forward to it, Cheers

Sounds like that other show you mentioned is Jujustu Kaisan. Itadori says more or less those exact words to Junpei.

Just wanted to talk about Reigen's "don't fight back, Mob" attitude. At first glance, it seems like he's just referring to his "don't use ESP on people" rule and worrying about how dangerous Mob's powers can be to a human being. But that's not really it. Of course, he cares about human life and doesn't want Mob to hurt anyone. But in this episode, when he's asking Mob to not fight back, it's not about humans getting hurt by ESP. It's simply that Mob is a kid who shouldn't have to fight man-child adults trying to take over the world. It's less about "not letting Mob hurt others" and more about not letting Mob have to deal with such a stressful situation/decision to begin with. That's why it's okay when he dropkicks an adult who is threatening children but not okay for Mob to use ESP to defeat them. It's not about the dropkick vs ESP, it's about an adult protecting his wards vs a non-confrontational kid being forced to enact violence. Not even killing or hurting someone - he doesn't want Mob to have to resort to violence at all. Now, is it reasonable for him to expect that Mob can get out of this without having to resort to violence? Probably not, but we have a lot more context than him. He just showed up and is seeing a bunch of childish adults abusing their power and bullying kids.

Yeah, Mob Psycho 100 gets you a couple of times with the ending of episodes haha, won't tell you which ones are gotchas though haha

We all love Mob because he's such a nice person and goes out of his way to avoid hurting others - but I guess with all the time with Reigen & working for him he also played a big part in it. Makes you wonder how Mob might have turned out if not for Reigen's policy of "no powers vs humans"
