By the way, after you're done with the series, the blooper reel from the english cast is available on youtube if you want to react to that as a bonus, it's a funny 7 and a half minute video, they synced it up to the animation and everything

I still remember how excited I was the first time I watched this episode 11 years ago. The emotional roller coaster you experience during this episode is one of the reasons why this anime is considered to be the best by many. After you are done with the series I think you should react to 4 OVAs, 4-koma theater skits (which are available on Youtube as sub and dub) and English dub bloopers. OVAs are as good as any other episode of Fullmetal Alchemist and bloopers and 4-koma theater skits are funny as hell.
