Hmm, to be honest I don't really like Palm completely changing her appearance for the date. To me this sends just a message of: "You have to change yourself so others like you", instead of: "You're pretty as you are, be true to yourself". I thnk they could just have made her hair a bit and given her some cool goth clothes and she'd have looked great without being someone completely else.... I mean, it doesn't seem to be a serious plot line and is probably just played for laughs but I still think it's a missed opportunity🤔 But then again: I don't think that's the thing I'm supposed to think about in this episodes xD Edit after having seen the next episode: Ok, so Palm's clearly just this shows weird idea of comedic relief (she's just so over the top xD) and any message imparted over her doesn't have any real gravitas. So it's fine xD

I’ve noticed your videos getting taken down while other channels videos aren’t is something you talk about often. I would recommend reaching out to those channels, and seeing what they do that you may not be doing. I’m not trying to say you’re doing anything wrong, but if their videos aren’t getting taken down and yours are, reaching out would be a good way to figure out why.

Your horror at the Queen's wish that her son rule the world is how I imagine every single species on earth, of animals and insects and plants, would react if they could have understood the impending approach of humanity. We've done what the Queen wants for her son - we've conquered and subjugated every other species on this planet, decimating natural environments, causing mass extinction where we couldn't breed a species for food. So to call the Queen's mindset unhealthy is only as unhealthy as the mindset of humanity, as a species. It's just the survival instinct, in her and us. Our intellect has allowed us to prosper at the expense of every other living thing on earth. Now, the ants' rapid evolution threatens to do the same thing to us as we've done to every other species.

it's easy to not think that way because we're used to it, but to be honest: in most movies where humanity is eaten by another species (Alien, etc.), we're just terrified because we're on the receiving end for once. (btw. would love in that sense to have a Beastars-episode where they simply watch a real-life slaughterhouse/ meat factory documentary & everyone is terrified, just to maybe make people think a bit more, and I'm not even vegetarian or anything myself)
