I just love the contrast: First episode: "Light is terrible with his goddamn god-complex. He's terrible! I'm so gona haaaate him! Watching this to the end might be really difficult, but I'll pull through it!!" Episode 22: "Ohhh, c'mon, I wan't Kira back! This Light is boring! Oh.....He's gona become Kira again, I'm soo excited!! This is gona be great!" P.S. I know she doesn't really "like" Kira or agree with his actions. But I definitely don't think she expected in the first episode, that she'd be so on board for this ride and just lean back and enjoy the action instead of hating him every time he does something. Let alone wanting him to become a monster again if he became a good guy at some point.

Hm, intersting idea that most Shinigami would only kill people when "it's time"; how did you get that idea? At least to me it seemed like the Shinigami in their world had no drive or dedication to anything & just wrote whatever person's names so they could get their lifespan & wouldn't die. I guess, since they planned to have him go to the office & look up Matsuda's name, they probably have the office wire-tapped & on camera surveillance & he won't have much time left to get back home before the show is ending (when he expects Matsuda to reveal his name), so chances are they are going to have what he does to kill at least on video if they aren't there themselves.

You're right, they even have to kill people before their time! Because when they kill a person Shinigamis only get the time the person normally would have had left on earth and not the persons entire lifespan.
