Quant was the red headed Test Admin from a couple episodes ago that accidentally ruined his test because he was super impatient. Because of that only Rachel’s team survived the first test when they killed 397 other regulars. The Head Admin made up the Crown game so that the outliers from Quant’s test could continue up the tower.

Great reaction, looking forward to a time when your work station is not overheating I feel like every time I think I have an idea of what's going on, a new episode makes me throw all my previous ideas out the window. I do think that might be Rachel now and she is just different after having some wacky experiences. I would like to know why her team wanted to help Bam. Were they aware of the bet Bam had with Anak concerning their weapons? Maybe Rachel's group wanted to make sure Bam still had the Black March. Maybe they didn't want Bam to be part of the same tests they were a part of? Also, every time the Black March speaks I feel something super mysterious is going on. What did she mean when she said "First, delighted by our reunion ...". That sword seems to pop up when Rachel is on Bam's mind. I am starting to agree with your theory that Bam might have something to do with the king and maybe that's why certain characters give him special treatment but I don't trust this new team of people too much.
