This ep was very interesting. At 7:15 do not worry about it. Is very difficult to try to react to a show like this with so much dialogue. The same goes for Bleach TYBW. Too much info in a short time. In any case, if you missed something important, someone will tell you either here or on YouTube.

I figure that the vampires in the Western Nation are passing themselves off as human to the general population. Only a select few humans in high positions probably know the truth. When Hinata found out the truth she tried to kill them but was converted to their side in the end. Just because vampires are technically monsters doesn’t mean they care about other monsters. Vampires feed on humans so they don’t need a mixed nation of humans and monsters to satisfy their needs. Also having a common enemy can be a useful tool for uniting people. The western nation is basically a farm set up to keep humans fed and happy for the vampires to feed off.
