Ooooh wow. What a splendid little prequel to see why our plucky protagonist went to such drastic measures to get huge tits. It really almost seems Supernatural, because how else could the doctor give herself breast implants without realizing it? Which is set to begin with. And I do think that it's really cute that no matter how many times he whines up failing to get her boobs, she's still appreciative of how good giant tits look on everyone else.

I like how Ms. Rej's circumstances are akin to what happens in those 'Final Destination' movies. Where a seemingly supernatural force, by employing a series of small mistakes and well placed coincidences, is perpetually keeping bigger breasts for herself just out of reach by instead "passing the expansion" to those around her.
