Perhaps I am reading too deeply into little details that don't actually matter, but I'm not 100% certain this is the final page. When last we saw the samurai, she was laying atop her breasts, and what we see now from Eri's vantage is definitely not in line with a woman atop her bosom. Also, in that scene, the staircase looks way longer and the summit where Eri is appears as just a shadow, whereas in this page the distance between summit and breasts is short enough that they are still visibly HUUUUUGE in comparison to other things in the frame. Perhaps our samurai is managing to make her way back up to the top?

So looking at the old lore i think the Oni was the sidekick pinkskin alien from the space episode. The tanuki is Otacoon from the first Eri comic, and the swordsman is the purple haired lady from the same thing.
