What if 16 could use 17 and 18 parts to evolve just like 13?

NONE of this is final, it's just something i made to test how it could look, any input on how the colors should look will be welcome (i tried making the green "vest" white and it didn't look good, trust me) i also want to include extra mechanical details like tubes and cables (the usual keku tech haha) the hair at the moment is just Uub's (which i want to make a entirely custom hair but might leave as it is because i think it looks pretty good) i would also like to make the brows more proeminent and maybe make the jaw larger...
