Small update, but I have added 2 new skills for Ruco.

Lightning Stream Ultimate: Works like Super Ki Explosion with the blast radius of Final Explosion. Blocking this move with knock the target back.

Narukami Clone: This move can be used when damage is being dealt on the user to ignite a lightning clone shocking the target long enough to appear behind them and blast them with a  double Narukami.
