Tier changes (Patreon)

Some changes happened to tiers but they only affect new Patrons.

• New Patrons won't be able to join $1 tier, it is now $2
• New Patrons won't be able to join $3 tier

Everything remains the same for current Patrons. Same benefits, same price.

Let me know if something went wrong and you lost access to posts. I will fix it / revert  changes.
