Love the tennis talk. The big shift in the sport happened in the early to mid 00s with the advances made in copoly strings, opening up tighter string patterns on heavier racquets that didn’t sacrifice spin potential. The “big guys” that were one dimensional just faded away as more athletic players figured out how to not just block back their serves but immediately return them with heavy spin and depth (or just returning everything by standing 15’ deep like Medvedev). The back injuries, particularly Edberg, was from that old school kick serve that required dumb tosses and torquing the heck out of your back. The sport has a ton of problems still, particularly with how broke most pros are outside the top 30 or so, but is turning to a good phase with Alcaraz, Sinner, Coco and Zheng. Biggest problem for a bit is how unlikable all the top players have been

My recollection is that the Bin Ladens were a huge construction conglomerate well before Osama. He did indeed “rebel” and go off to be a terrorist, but there were like a dozen other family members who were like whaaaaaaat
