One of the things we really want to share with you all via patreon is proper behind-the-scenes content and a question we are asked often is how we assess who can be housed with and have yard time with whom.

We want to share a video with you today that not only gives you a rarely seen insight into fox behaviour, but also into how we deal with situations when things don’t go the way we planned.

In this video, you will see our newest pet surrender Malachi and our permanent resident Finnegan out in the yard; their previous interaction went well and we felt fairly confident this next one would go the same way - we always closely monitor new foxes together - however as the video shows, although this interaction began as before, it then escalated into something different.
