Vacation Time | Summer Blahblah (Patreon)

Hello beloved patrons!

A quick note here, I'm taking a chill-out vacation thingie for a bit. So from now and through July is the plan. I'll still post stuff, but I'll focus on "reclaiming a drawing style" and working on 3D "under the hood"; basically, I want to learn some new stuff so I can make things better.

There's a catataur lady, there's a Liv with lil pigtails and Ashley worried that her paws could look better. I'll get back to that actually...

In short, it means I'll be posting less and focusing more on relaxing since I need a vacation after this insane year. Here's a tiny peek at some of the drama: We've lost half our income since my partner's job was shut down due to covid. So currently, our savings, including Patreon support, will go into keeping our apartment.  

There's no need to worry, though, at least not yet; we'll be comfortable at least for a few more months! In that period we should be able to stabilize again and find new work etc.

Hopefully, the 100 or so pages I somehow made of Au Pair Hare will tell you that when I come, I come hard? .. What.  What I mean is .. hopefully, you'll consider keeping your sub even if I chill out for a bit. It really means a lot to my partner and me. ; 3;

As for 3D "under the hood," - you probably noticed I keep waffling between paw-feet and feet-feet, and sometimes I land somewhere in between. I'm never quite happy with what I make, so I want to hammer out some lovely new pawsies for Liv and Ashley and Reyn and Milo and all my guys, really. Poju recently got shiny new hooves, and I hope they don't vanish like his last pair.

When Ash's shirt says, "kiss my BEANS!" I want her beans to at least look kissable!  In the more recent renders, Ash and Liv got a new bump and normal map to help, but I still feel their feet could be more paw-like. So here's hoping I make something even more smoochable. With doodling as a guide, I will be trying to draw paws and stuff to land on a form I like and then sculpt it for 3D.

Yes, lol, I'm sorry. I just wanted to be transparent about my focus and what I aim to spend my sort-of-vacation on.
