Over on dA I talked about how Wilson Barber's The Chain has always been one of my favorite weight gain stories. I especially love the 'food magically appearing' aspect, which I've used in a couple stories in ways more complex than what Barbers did.

Even this story, which is supposed to be a more focused take on the idea, has more plot than it really needs. But that's just true to fashion for me.

But now that I've done this sort of thing once I'm thinking I can do even shorter stories in the future, ones that are just about the eating and growing. One idea is a food lottery thing, where families who win get all the food they want for life, sliding into indulgent hedonism.
