As some of you know, around February i hurt ( why is this verb's past tense is also "hurt" and not hurted?English is weird) my back while working out the booty at home doing barbell squats .
Corona virus's crisis closed many things for long here and it took a while before some stuff ould re-open , a long period of time have passed before i could do a X-ray and talking about it with a doctor. Long story short , my doctor told me i can't do stuff with weights anymore.
I don't feel pain on a daily basis, only sometimes ,during bad days,i sometime sense a tension ,i know it still theire somewhere, waiting for me to make a bad move,wich i won't,because i like very much not crawling on the floor in agony (ಠ ∩ಠ)
