Upper reward limits increased! (Patreon)

I'll regret doing this, but I've expanded the Council (+10) HUGEST (+5), since people seem outraged to not have them! Enjoy!? Also, just to make it clear, I won't start on the sketches and drawings until Patreon clears the first payment schedule, so I'll know everything is working and so on!
