The game will be composed of four phases: Novel, Hub, Romance/Hentai screen, Dungeon.

You have already played through the Novel and Dungeon part in R1, and they are pretty self-explanatory: You play a normal visual novel, with dungeon crawler elements that happen during the story.

The hub (screenshot above) will serve as a way to connect the novel and the dungeon:
You may want to leave the dungeon because you are heavily wounded, you may want to sell your magic stones and buy items, you may want to rest and continue with the main storyline, and so on.
Thanks to the hub, you will be able to go back and forth between the novel and the actual game.

The hub shows four icons you should be familiar with on the middle bottom of the screen, being able to check your stats and inventory before entering the dungeon or continuing with the main storyline is always useful.
On the right, all of the locations you need are displayed, with the highlighted one being the location necessary to progress with the main storyline (Although I plan to make Bell clickable to display a short text of what you need to do to continue, similar to Ainz's token in Overlord H).

A major difference compared to Overlord H is that all locations will be related to gameplay alone, I might add some inconsequential events to them, but all of the side events to unlock romance/hentai scenes will be handled by a different screen (No more running around the world to unlock stuff!). More on this once I actually make it.
