New M/F Scene, slave interactions and a few changes. (Patreon)

In these days I have also been updating Workers of Kartedhir: I have added a new M/F Scene (Sex, with 70 required affections) and new slave interactions.

I have also made a few small changes to the player made NPCs (Toilet and Prostitute professions), their lewdness will increase each time you use their services and can now get pregnant by the protagonist.
Items to boost fertility (or decrease it) also work as far as you make a fresh save while playing as a secondary character.
