New CG for inflated belly (Patreon)

I have finished and put inside the game (together with the dialogue and all) the CG of your belly transforming into inflated when you advance your pregnancy by using the chronomancer's services.

It is the 28th animated CG, with the 29th being the one I have finished yesterday.

By this weekend I plan on making yet one more so next release will have a total of 30 animated CGs.
