Casino map update and new NPC. (Patreon)

I have added a few extra decorations to the casino map but most importantly, I have added a small bar with a new NPC (Bartender) from which you can purchase various alcoholic beverages (Same as innkeeper but with 3-4 new drinks).

With this last change, both Red Light District and Market District are fully completed, this means that future updates will focus on the noble district and new locations.
