Tailor map and NPC (Patreon)

I have just added a new map and NPC, the tailor.
Clothing is something I would like to add as soon as possible as that's the last thing left before old saves can be supported in new releases.

However, before clothing I would like to add the casino's minigames, that's something I have been wanting to do in the previous release but I had ran out of time... Since clothing takes a bit of time (I have to draw it for female and male), it is possible that I will start making some clothes now but add the actual clothing feature in the next releases.
