Masturbation scene (Patreon)

I have just finished making another scene, it allows you to masturbate before or while sleeping to lower the desire in exchange for a bit of stamina... It is useful if you have no money and you cannot work to get some because you have too much desire piled up.

It unlocks a new scene (M only) but it is otherwise nothing special, just a needed extra I had been planning for a while to add since you could get stuck otherwise.

Since I am focusing on the protagonist only for this release, the female masturbation will come later on.
