Fatigue and Disease has been added in the game, together with a potion item purchasable at the alchemist to cure yourself.

Diseased status:
There is a chance for both the protagonist and prostitute to get a disease while sleeping, having a good endurance lessens the percentage of getting a disease but the best way to avoid getting a disease is to sleep in clean locations.

Thus far sleeping in the sewers was the best possible location because it was free but now you might want to reconsider sleeping there as there is a big percentage of risk of you waking up with a disease.

Fatigued status:
You will get fatigued if you let either the thirst or hunger go down to 0%, unlike the name suggests, you will never get fatigued as far as you eat and drink properly (with the exception of day one since both stats will be filled at 100%).


In the game design if your hunger or thist were to hit 0, you would die and diseases could cure themselves after 5-10 days, this way an option because the potion was supposed to cost 200 gold, quite pricy.

I made a few changes: I did not think that death fits the theme of the game so I added the fatigued status, rather than dying, your stamina will simply stop regenerating until you feed, drink and rest.
Diseases work the same way but can be cured by purchasing a potion for 10 gold coins or get cured at the temple for 2 gold coins and a prayer which "wastes" a day stage.
