Which one will be the main plot of the story?

1/ I think of a story a man/ girl want to become a woman/boy so they come to this service and ask for the service to change them back so they can be tf (they are not cursed in the first place) - or well consider born in a body doesnt fit your soul is cursed though. =)) but you know what I mean ^^

2/ A client is tf (might be mtf? because he sexual assaulted/ sexual harrassed some girls? And get cursed. Noone wants to do the service except one. They warn him if he did that again he would be cursed again. Of course he did it again and has to visit the service again. The service is super expensive lol.
