Some thoughts (Patreon)

Hi there, it’s Pygmalion Of Cyprup. Let’s talk about how I come up with the ideas and my work process.

I usually go around in the community for inspiration. Like ok this month I want to draw about this topic, let see what others have done. I want to draw the idea more beautifully or figure out a new way to draw the transformation. Some of my kinks and fetishes are weird, sometimes I want to try a fetish for once and never touch the subject again, for some reasons (of course include that Patreon doesn’t allow some kinds of porn haha).

For this comic, I believe this is the first time I tried to create a sentimental story within the paycomic. If you enjoy the content, I will probably go with that more often. I won’t stop drawing porn, it just means that I would have more chance to express other parts of me through comic. I always want to convey stories and improve the art quality to the best I can but these days, I would like to explore the plot more deeply than before. That being said, I will change it in one way or another, but I still promise you the best I could.

My process usually start with a key visual, a key pose. Like the first picture, I want to draw a monsterous shark merman so I create the story along. Some stories I immediately imagine frames by frames for almost the whole story, I just have to find references and fill the gaps. Some other stories, I have the scenes in my head but the story is kinda complex I divide the frame and layout first and then slowly fill frame after frame.
