What do you mean? It takes time for YouTube to process a video. So a 1080p video may be 360p at first.

No, I mean PiP on Bitchute or other sites, like he does for Yorimoi. It would be nice to have it in lower res like 480p or 720p. MEGA has transfer limits that's always been a pain, and now here there's even a bandwith problem because of the shutdown so hi-res is really not ideal (unless there's really need for fine details, wich I think it's not the case anime on a small screen). --EDIT-- wait, I looked at the posts below.. my fault, he doesn't do that anymore. Dammit..
