I've been working on this Cait's Quest-related project in bits in pieces outside of my usual work, and it's taken longer than I expected.  My hopes for it remain high, though.

Cait's Quest Redux is basically a revamp of the original black and white pages, from coloring to full-on-redraws in some cases.  Well, MOST cases actually.  This will also include fleshing out the narrative (as well as adding new peril/vore scenes!) of the existing story, mostly in the beginning.  The Black and White ("raw") releases will still be important for letting me update the story in convenient timing with the CYOA aspect, my intention is for Redux to trail behind the current release with the promise of a more fleshed out read.

I wanted to do this as I've had more fun creating Cait's adventure than I expected too.  I mean it.  This was going to be a panel-by-panel strip, and I didn't see it lasting long!  Before I knew it, it only made sense for me to render the story in more traditional comic pages.  While the goal for Redux will, eventually, be to color ALL of the story, I'm especially excited to take the first few original pages and dramatically update the art and storytelling (as well as cram some more mouth-watering shots in there).  Given all this, Redux will obviously be designed to REPLACE the pages it has revamped, even if those pages remain available on here for archival and LOL purposes.

For a good context of how radically different this update will effect things, the first chapter of Redux which I have sketched and am lining out now consists of 17 pages (with cover) and will be overriding the first 3 pages of the original Cait's Quest.  The hope was to get this at least half-finished last month, but numerous factors put me behind.  I now have that goal for this month, and am making much more headway!

Forgive my wordiness.

If any of you have questions, comments, concerns, interrogations, go ahead and leave me your thoughts!
