So grateful for this audio file. In the throws of a double ear infection and headphones are extremely painful to wear right now. I had just resigned myself to not watching any videos until the ears are better. Since, I haven't been able to achieve a deep restful sleep in several days. I was able to listen without headphones and achieved almost 4 hours of painless deep sleep and that was pure bliss! Nina is so good to me.
