2. THURSDAY – (U.S. Pacific Time) You will watch Nina's New Puppet Hypnosis video and open yourself completely to the experience it offers.  You will continue to listen to Loop #5.

3.  FRIDAY/SATURDAY – (U.S. Pacific Time)  You will write out a line you would like Nina to say in your monthly Name loop insert. Maximum of 20 words. No Explicit Language. Self Improvement themes welcome.  Please include the name you would like me to use.
