ENTIRE WEEK – You will continue to only release to Nina’s voice or image. 

1. SUNDAY – (U.S. Pacific Time) Watch my two newest videos today and email me with descriptions of your experiences with each.  Emails may spill over into Monday.

2. MONDAY - (U.S. Pacific Time) This will be a day of reflection and no releasing. I repeat… no releasing. You will continue to enjoy all of my videos but with no releasing. You will email me a list of goals you would like to accomplish in 2019. 

3. TUESDAY – (U.S. Pacific Time) You will listen to the “New Year New You” Loop as many times as you can throughout the day.  In celebration of the new year, you may resume releasing.

4. WEDNESDAY – (U.S. Pacific Time) You will watch my first 2019 Puppet video which may be available before Wednesday but you will wait until Wednesday to view.

5. THURSDAY – You may only listen to your Custom Loop or Video today.  If you are a newer member of this Tier and so don't have a custom loop or video yet, you will watch/listen to your favorite video or loop only.

6. FRIDAY-SATURDAY – (U.S. Pacific Time) You will watch the new releases including the new Fitness Trainer Nina video and the return of Nina the Maid.

7. REMINDER:  During the Entire Week, You will continue to only release to Nina’s voice or image.
