Wow. Are other people also feeling a strong urge to say how good that feeling is you feel as Nina's loop and Nina's instructions burrow their way deep into your subconscious. I felt an ever-growing compulsion say how good it feels on the YouTube site. When I typed the words I honestly could FEEL a tingle of Bliss. Yes. My logical mind questions why this is happening to me, but the positive effects of her instructions are incontrovertible. Nina’s weight loss video has deeply impacted my ‘unconscious’ eating. I don’t eat mindlessly anymore. I eat until I’m full and then stop... and I’m losing weight slowly and steadily as it should be. I will just have to get over resisting her as the benefits to me have been enormous. I’m like a different person - all positive changes in eating and exercise. It’s miraculous.
