While the children went taking a bath, Ixchel who woke up before everyone in the village was preparing breakfast for her family. Yolotl ,the youngest son, watched his mom milking the prey curiously.

Ixchel is a lovely mother of Yaxkin, Yunuen and Yolotl. Unfortunately, her husband ,the official chief, passed away for protecting the village from the fierce jaguar. So she must inherit the position instead. 

The chief is the only person in the tribe who wear golden bracelets. It is the relic from the ancient Aztec empire. This proves that the Mictlantechulin is the descent of Aztec evacuated from the north land to Amazon river long time ago. They also adopted other tribes culture such as language, technology, and definitely... "cannibalism".
